Lord refers to Jesus Christ. Evening because Christ ate with his diciples -the 11 apostles to declare the new covenant after finishing the first meal of that evening to commemorate passover, on nisan 14 -prequel to the exodus of the israels out of egypt in 1513 b.c.e. lord's evening meal is observed by jehovah witnesses throughout the world also on nisan 14th which match april 9th on gregorian calendar this year.
